These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our voice banking and voice cloning services. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your Biometric Data for the purpose of providing our Services. The Company will not share your Biometric Data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
